We have issue in data replication of STO from ECC to APO where issuing storage location is not getting passed correctly.
Whenever the Issuing storage location is changed in ECC, it doesn’t directly flow to APO and APO product view shows the old storage location (before the change).
However if there is any other change in STO is done example change in quantity, then new issuing storage location flows from ECC to APO and is correctly reflected in APO. Also, storage location is correctly reflected in APO when the STO is initially created. Only when the issuing storage location is exclusively changed, the change doesn’t reflect in APO.
When the STO is created / any other change is done in STO (qty change etc) – Issuing storage location flows from ECC to APO
When only issuing storage location is changed in STO – New Storage location doesn’t flow from ECC to APO, APO product view still shows old storage location
Could someone please suggest what could be missing - config or new SAP note implementation?

Hi,
1)Please make sure that you have publication type maintained for inhouse production with "retransfer" option in /sapapo/cp1, /sapapo/cp3 transactions.
2)Run CCR report and check if you are able to reconcile the date difference?
3) Make sure that the operation data is consistent in the orders in ECC and APO system
4) Check if the PDS / PPM is consistent with no data missing between ECC and APO system.
The above points should help you solve the issue

Hi,
Has anyone come across a method of bringing back the % values from phase in / out profiles, using a macro?
I have used macro function 'PRODUCT_PHOUT_END' to determine when a phase out reaches its end date, however I would now like to determine if it is possible to work out the relevant % values.
Example:

Are you facing any specific error while doing the extraction? If there is proper mapping and fields defined, there should not be any error. You can also refer to below document on how this can be achieved -

This looks to be a technical issue with ATP server, as the error is popping up for all the product.
Could be because ATP check doesn’t have the information what it is looking for (previous ATP check results happened during Sales order creation)

Hi Neehal,
You can take care of following steps -
1. After creation of back cube, add/remove characteristics under correct dimensions. Logical grouping of characteristics under dimensions helps in performance improvement also. Also you can choose if you want to save all char./Key figures or only selected few to be saved in cube.
2. After creation of data source, do ensure to replicate it too - it will then cop and activate the entire structure. You can also do consistency check (Check Data Source) to ensure its fine
3. Once all objects are created you can run each step to ensure data is passing to next step without any issue. For example, running Infopackage to see data is coming to PSA properly, then running DTP to ensure there is no error and so on. Once all steps are successful, you can see data via LISTCUBE in your cube.

If you open two separate sessions and access Intercative Planning book - SDP94. you can access the required planning book/data view and you should be able to load and compare data in two screens.

Issue got resolved in September itself but I was not able to update it. The solution is, we should create seperate integration model for each object in CIF like, Materials 1 IM, Plants 1 IM and Orders: Sales 1 IM, POs 1 IM, Stocks 1 IM etc..

Depending on the volume of data, the extraction process might result in errors in DTP due to the package size. Try reducing the package size and test it with similar production data volume as well.

Did you had any resolution with the scheduling type 'capacity requirement'? it does not capture capacity but is visible in SNP we too have similar issue and work around of changing to regular scheduling is working.

Yes, with strategy 20, sales orders consume PIRs in SCM APO, if you have made all settings correctly.
Normally you cannot set the categories of the PIRs. All categories that marked as 'Forecast' in "Category type" field in /sapapo/atpc03 will be consumed by sales orders. Please check my KBA 1886859.

I think the macro function PRODUCT_PHOUT_END you mentioned is to get the date that is set in /SAPAPO/MSDP_FCST1 -> Assignment, instead of the end date in the attached screenshot which is the time series setting.
Sorry but I don't think there's a macro function that could get/set the % data in time series settings.
You can consider using FM /SAPAPO/FCST_PHINOUT_TSID_SAVE in a BADI macro.

I have created a new macro for SDP Alerts.
Now I am trying to generate it . So first step I am performing is to check the Macro.
While doing so, I am getting the error as shown in screenprint attached.
Error : Statement "53VVI4LFPNUXWQASF8N7GS8PI" is not defined. Check your spelling. spelling. spelling. spelling.
Due to this I am not able to proceed ahead.
