Block Planning - Setup, Produce and Teardown phases

Hello All,

We are using Block Planning on one particular resource.

For e.g. Block A - 7 Days

            Block B - 7 days

            Block C - 14 days

Now we have a planned orders created in respective blocks correctly, but for a planned order created in Block A has Setup, Produce and Teardown phases, and they are getting separated. This means that the same planned order has setup activity in 1st Block A and Produce and Teardown phase scheduled in 2nd Block A. During this extended planned order, the resource is blocked for Block B and Block C, hence there are no planned orders for Block B and Block C. In strategy profile, we have setting to consider Order Internal relationships and also there is ZERO offset between Setup, Produce and Teardown phases (we have "HR" UOM for time populated, in the phase relationships).

Has anyone experienced this issue and any insights on how to avoid this issue, so that the entire planned order is getting scheduled in one block, would be highly appreciated.

Resource has PPDS Bucket Capacity tab, Bucket Definition = From Block Planning and Finite Capacity =  Time Continuous capacity.

Thanks,

Mangesh
