How SNC can integrate with Demand Management in SCM 7

Hello Experts,

I would like to know how to receive customer forecasts directly into SCM? I tried to find any old post but could not found anything suitable.

are there standard integrations available to receive Customer Forecasts directly into SCM using SNC?

It would be very helpful if any document is avialble.
