The issue is often caused by changing periods definition at APO side which caused liveCache inconsistency.
You must contact your DP colleague, asking them whether they have changed the fiscal year variant assigned to the storage bucket profile used in the planning area.
If yes, changing back the definition of fiscal year variant may solve the issue.
However, in most cases, the planning area must be de-initialized and then re-initialized to eliminate this error.
De-initialization will cause data loss of time series data. Hopefully you already have backups for the planning area ...
