CPS Condition : Fix Departure Time

Dear,

We are working with the CPS conditions to determine the Transport, Load and Picking Duration.

I would like to ensure that the Transport Activity start always at a specific time based on the access sequence : Route+Shipping condition.

I assumed that I should work with a Time Stream ID but I don't know how to setup this departure time. By example, I would like that that the departure time starts at 10h30 every day for the combination Route+Shipping condition.

Any idea how to setup this kind of requirement?
