Hi Team,

Please help us in the below issue, which recieved from client.

Symptom

When an order line in SAP-ECC has been allocated for a partial quantity and new stock is posted, the sub-item is correctly allocated in gATP, but rejected in SAP-ECC.

Description

We have set up the Checking Instructions in GATP to:

  • - Always create a sub-item
  • - Create a sub-item for the remaining requirement

We also use Rule based ATP.

  • The issue is occurring when we have lines that are partially allocated. These lines can have a delivery in SAP-ECC, but that doesn't seem to make a difference.
  • When additional stock is created, the stock for the remaining open quantity is assigned correctly and sent to SAP-ECC. The result is the same whether we use EDQA or BOP directly.
  • When we debug the CIF logic in SAP-ECC, we see that the data coming through in function module CAVE_SL_DOC_INBOUND_BOP is limited to only the sub-item that get the quantity assigned. The assignment is then rejected because the main item is missing.
  • The result in gATP is:

Thanks & Regards,

Karthik
