Considering the Cost Function in Penalty for Disposal Quantity Cost

Hi Folks,

I need a help of how I maintained the Cost Function and how it is considered in Disposal Quantity Cost in Optimizer.

I know the Disposal Cost is ( Procurement Cost * Quantity ), so is there any Formula to calculate the Disposal Cost ? and when and how I use the Cost Function rather than the Procurement Cost ?
