Re-Scheduling orders within fixing interval

Hi,

We have a requirement to re-schedule orders manually withing fixing interval. I understand that this cannot be achieved by drag and drop functionality or by reshduling in DS Board, is there a way this can be achieved? what should be the right way to approach this requirement ?
