Hi Shree ramachandra, Deletion of locking entery from SM12 will just kill the session for the user, So if user is not doing any changes you can kill the entry and then try repeating the process chain but before deleting locking entry from SM12 just check with user and then try repeating the process chain. without asking client or a user, termination/killing the session for the user will be escalation, so please be cautious.
