Simulation version Plnd Orders in RRP3 and not in CDPS0

In a Simulation version, when we create a planned order from scratch, we can see the planned order with duration etc. in the RRP3. The resources have them loaded. We cannot see them in the Planning Board CDPS0.

We can see the 000 Planning Version Planned Orders in CDPS0.

These planned orders are saved, and we see them in the RRP3. They do not have a planned order numbers as they are in simulation version. and are not bounced again ECC through CIF.

The issue is, we cannot see these simulation version planned orders in the Planning Board.

Please advise.
